Last week, my itchy fingers went to click "Apply" for a job posting in JobsDB...the position was for a temporary IT Assistant,doing networking & stuffs..for a period of almost two months.I was just testing the market to see how valuable I am..*winks* then in a blink moment..i received an email response from the HR department of the company..asking me to send a formatted & full CV to them..but in the email,it said that only shortlisted candidates will be responded to..so I guess I juz send in and see if I am qualified..so yesterday,after I had sent orders for the Coffee Arabica @ Raffles Place..I received a phonecall, saying my application was shortlisted and I shall come down for two interviews - today & tomorrow after work.. I was like," OMG, I got the job?"...I mean tomorrow's my last day of service with GDIS @ Spore Comp Syst..so I told the lady..I am able to commit after this week..
Ok the job's location made me think twice..it's located @ Jurong Island, in which I shall take a train to JE MRT if not mistaken..then there'll be a company transport to the island..it's an 8-hour job..payment wise is not high coz I'm employed as temp staff..I shall be working alongside with 3 guys..in which she asked if I mind, doing the job,as it requires bending down to repair pc & stuffs..my answer was," I'm doing IT..i did networking before..so I guess I know what U mean.." ..that is..wear clothes tat wun reveal my treasures inside..*giggles* Told my mom about it..told my colleague,Kash about it..Mom of coz she likes coz I know in her mind...she can continue asking me for more $$..that really troubles me..as for Kash, she's encouraging coz at least I wun be that bored @ home...but somehow my heart sank when I thought that I wun be able to spend the Raya much, I can't go back to Malacca/Selangor during december..
I shall still go for the interview,see what do they have in store for me..maybe I'll ask if there's other alternatives or maybe if I am entitled for leave or sumthing..btw, I had murukku this morning..seems like I'm smell like a spice lady (aci rempah) coz the spices in the murukku is strong..*smiles* have a gr8 wednesday people..tomorrow's hari raya eve (for those who sambut deepavali like wreck) *giggles* dun forget to tune in to Central..got Devdas movie @ 3am..i wanna watch!!!
