Blogging, Are We Letting Our Privacy At Stake??

Been a few days since I've blogged..been so busy at home doing many stuffs..basically I am a trainee housewife and a freelance maid..so if you nid any help, do dial 1800-MUTIARA...I'll be glad to be at your service. *winks* I got this article from Blogger's main page. Click -> Hot News for the full story..I recently realised that no matter how much we placed our blog settings to private instead of public, our blogs will still be listed in the search engine such as Google & Yahoo! Darn isn't it? Unless we are the BlogSpot Plus subscribers,we can at least opt for privacy whereby we can have a password feature,hence only authorised bloggies can view them..still it's kinda troublesome..*sighs*

Why I blog? I was introduced to blogging by someone from the past..then, people that I knew, hadn't really heard about it..it wasn't that popular either..but I guess through words of mouth, blogging became the "IN" thing among techfreaks in Singapore. I am surprised still to found out from BlogSkins that 33% of their traffic statistics came from Singapore! Seems like gone are the religious days of clubbing coz blogging is the hottest and coolest thing in town,eh? People that I knew,do express their negative thoughts over blogging,often saying we,bloggers, are fools to have let our life stories told to the whole world..well not all tell the truth in their lives though..some juz cut n paste from others,making the bloggging concept more of a copy-paste issues..some truly blogs about every lil things in their lives..some take it as a place to vent their angers or take it as a Q & A site whereby readers are open to share thoughts over certain topics being discussed..Blogging do have the pros & cons..it all depends on what type of bloggie and blog-hopper you are..

I blog coz I wanted to keep my daily accounts in my life intact..gone are the days of diaries whereby it's tedious..blogging not only makes it easier but allows us to be more creative in designing out blogsite..accept other's views about our lives..share the joy and happiness and sadness we face each day..I have received both positive and negative comments about my daily life posts..but somehow i believe we blog wat we feel,what we love to do and say..freedom of speech as long its not political or may cause harm to others and myself..Aniway..the festive season will hit us in less than 48hours..I can't wait to take pix of my cuzzins in their new clothes..I missed my dear cuzzie Lydia..she's been too busy working I suppose...well once somebody stepped into working life..there goes the closeness..I bought a baju kurung from Gihan's Closet..kinda fickle about buying it or not but I guess I nid a proper baju kurung plus I can use this for my graduation later..it's juz a simple kurung..though parting with my cash kinda burn my heart..I guess it's worth the price paid..coz I look sweet in it..*giggles* Coughing hadn't stop for almost a month...Hopefully Raya comes, it doesn't get worst..will blog if time permits..take care all..have a wonderful Eid..My apologies offered to those whom I might have hurt before unknowingly..forget the past and start afresh,ok? *smiles*
