Bloggossip - Blogging & Gossippings, Do U?

In this technologically inclined world, gossipings not only exist verbally, through emails, ICQs, MSN,any media that can pass on the gossips including BLOGGING..Either we realise that it's a gossip over somebody else we do/don't know or it can be juz anybody that's known to the blogger. But do we have to judge what's being discussed as what it is? Well unless one is too dumb then they'll do that..I suppose so. Does that means the world of hi-technology makes more gossippers grew incredibly? I don't know.Everyone gossips but it depends on what level of gossips that can be..if it's something about nothing but the truth and benefits all, I don't call it a gossip. But if it's something demoralising or an act of jealousy or simply crappy, I don't see what good can that come about? Their favourite pasttime? *rolls eyes* These are the people who spoils the sacredness of blogging, that is, they blog about how to gossip each day? Or blog about how good they're about gossipping..congratulations then..for they unknowingly been labelled, an avid Blog-Gossipper..*giggles* Nice title,eh?

But before that, I'd like to share with my fellow blogreaders juz a piece of information in which all of us should know,as fellow sisters & brothers in Islam..yes of course we might've gossipped before but we can mend our ways when we've learnt our lessons,don't we? Gossipping and discrimination or jealousy can create a bad relationship of brother/sisterhood in Islam. Any discriminations with intentions to highlight a person's flaws, bad habits or simply bring up stuffs to make it as a laughing stock, is simply forbidden in Islam.It's a sin. Worst if it's being told across the world to see through blogging,right? Wonder how many tons of sins they've collected then. Astaghfirullah

"O Faithful believers of Islam! Never must a crowd discriminate one another, for the one being discriminated is far more respected than the one who does it, be it Muslimahs or Muslimins."

Allah said : "And you must not gossip among others.Do you fancy eating the flesh of your kins who's dead? (If that's the matter) obviously you will feel disgusted towards them.And for that, taqwa towards Allah; for HE is a Forgiver and Most Merciful."

All the above were taken from Quran, our Islamic holy book. It shows greatly how gossip is taken in as such of eating your own flesh and blood that's rotten.It's disgusting.And it shows how disgusting gossippers can be by gossiping,equivalent to eating the flesh of those who are dead among themselves.And also it's not encouraged for a Muslim to have bad intentions over another, by name callings or fun-making of others,for it will not only hurt the ones being laughed at, it also creates enemies among Muslims themselves,in which Islam strictly forbids.Nauzduzbillah How low can we at times be,when we forgot all these? Let us repent from going astray and may Allah forgive our mistakes,Insyallah.And with this, I hope all of us,including myself, sit down and ponder, what we have done,if its beneficial for all, Alhamdulillah otherwise, let us Istighfar and seek forgiveness from Allah and those that we've sinned.
