Often we hear that reminding us how much we should be aftering time instead of Time waiting for us..somehow people take things lightly often in lives and complain that Time wasn't on their side..Procrastination - I do procrastinate but have since been slowly cutting down on that bad habit..It simply means I can't manage my time properly..A proper time management makes a person well-organized..thus responsible and reliable..We're given 24hours per day..and at times when any of our tasks / plans in life turns out bad unexpectedly, we often blame," I don't have much time / It's not enough, I am so busy" and the list of reasons goes on without us really realising it is WE,OURSELVES that causes problem..Time has always been there, for us to fully utilize it but if we don't, we can't blame anyone or anything but ourselves.Let me share my own family scenario..
Both of my folks are working individuals, each with demanding jobs that might require them to work beyond their contractual working hours..but that didn't give them all the excuses to have little or no time for the whole family, afterall they're husband/wife & parents to their four children..it's the effort and sense of responsibility that make them a role model to me..to show commitments in life..that is family and loved ones comes first..work is work but spending quality time with your loved ones are equally important too...people dun juz work non-stop ending up workaholic and loses those close to their hearts coz of lack of attention and presence in their lives..Manage your time well, even if it takes only 5minutes left to be spared with your loved ones, it matters most to them coz QUALITY TIME means more than nothing at all..*smiles* Put on another scenario if you're having a family whose main priority is work and nothing more than work..What are the possibilities that might've happened to the family of such? They'd be drifting apart..each with his own life..soon they'll realise there's no more importance of having a family let alone being surrounded by loved ones..isn't that a sad ending? No, I do not want my future family to be such..I will nurture them the values of life that'll benefit their next generations..I'll make sure I myself am leading an examplary life towards my younger siblings..I shall educate my brothers about the importance of having a great balance of both worlds..coz life with money and high status never promises happiness but life with love and rasa bersyukur dgn apa yang ada..sesungguhnya diberkati Allah SWT..Insyallah..
So sit down, and think..have we managed our time properly? Not only towards humans but towards Allah..There are time for work, leisure, sleep, travel but most important time to set aside is to be with Allah..only then we'll lead a blessed life full of happiness and thankfulness..
